What is SDLC 

SDLC is a process followed for a software project, within a software organization. It consists of a detailed plan describing how to develop, maintain, replace and alter or enhance specific software. The life cycle defines a methodology for improving the quality of software and the overall development process.

Project Managers 

Responsible for initiating the management, or customers' ideas, change, or requested. They are the organizer and must know the who, what, when, where, and why!! Accountable for the plan from initial to the end.

Business Analysts 

Analysts who translate business needs above into requirements and ensure they are documented, and provide the solution to programmers/developers

Product owners 

These are business dept. of Client representors. They always have a clear vision of the project, product, or application with the end-user in mind.

Developers/Programmers

Are the captain of creating, writing, generating, and maintaining code and developing what needed product application or feature is.

Quality Assurance Analysts

Are the police to ensure what is created is per the Client, business needs and requirements are met to ensure.
